When it comes to breakfast I’ve always been absolutely shocking with skipping it, I avoided it like the plague and just found it a really boring meal. Especially when I don’t particularly like toast or any cereal and never had time to make anything fancy. The only time I started having breakfast was when I was breastfeeding my daughter, as I needed to for her sake and mine as I wanted to eat constantly. But when I went back to work full time after my maternity leave I just didn’t have the time to be cooking fancy breakfasts so I started skipping it again, I know I know it’s not good.
A few months ago I was really struggling with my energy levels, a full time mum and a full time job started to really affect my energy levels plus the fact some of the medication I take has ‘low energy’ as a side affect. A couple of friends I met through a baby forum when pregnant told me about the forever products and I thought I’d give them a go. I also started on the aloe Vera gel, it’s really not as bad as everyone says, which I take 2 shots of first thing in a morning with my tablets. Then I started on the forever ultra lite shakes, this literally tastes divine it’s so yummy! The best part is that this regime has given me so much of my energy back and it’s all easy to make and suitable for on the go working mums like myself. I honestly couldn’t be without the aloe gel now, I’ve even bought some of the aloe2go ‘Ella’s kitchen style’ pouches to take on holiday with me next week just so I can get my daily aloe fix!
